Open Settings → Help in Binda to reach support with your account details attached — it’s the fastest way for us to look into something specific.

What to include

To help us help you faster, tell us:

  • The email address on your Binda account.
  • Your device (iPhone, Android, or web) and roughly what version.
  • What you were doing and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot.
Please don’t email passwords or full medication details. We never need your password, and we can look up your account from your email alone.
