Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes — choosing annual is like getting 2 months free (about 17% off) versus paying monthly. You're billed once a year and can switch or cancel anytime. Every plan still starts with a 14-day free trial.
Can I have more than one care plan?
Yes — the Family plan supports up to three care plans. That covers most families with both a parent and a parent-in-law to care for.
How is Binda free for caregivers?
The family's subscription covers the care plan, which includes access for caregivers. You sign up with Apple or Google, connect to the family's plan, and you're in — no payment needed.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Account deletion is in-app at Settings → Delete account. Care records are retained in a de-identified form — attributed to "Former caregiver" — because they form part of the care recipient's history. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I try Binda before subscribing?
Yes. The Starter tier is free and doesn't require a credit card. It covers basic shift notes, a single caregiver, and a read-only family feed — enough to get a real sense of the app.
