What this page is

Some states — Washington, among others — ask companies that handle health-related information to publish a separate notice about it. Binda is a care-coordination tool that families use to record medications, notes and appointments for someone they care for, so this notice applies to us. It is being prepared with our counsel and will be completed here; nothing on this page changes the commitments in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which apply in full today.

What is true today

• Health-related information you record in Binda is used only to provide the service to you and the people you invite. It is never sold, and never used for advertising.
• Our public website loads no advertising or analytics tag until you accept, and never sends a diagnosis, medication or note anywhere.
• You can see, export and delete your data from inside the app at any time (Privacy Policy, sections 7 and 8).
