Medications
You're at work. Your phone shows Mom missed her 9am dose. Binda tells you who was there, what happened, and whether it's been handled — without making you feel like you've failed.
Status colors are calm by design: sage green for given, soft clay-rose for missed. Never red. Caregivers can attach a photo of the medication; the log is permanent and timestamped.
Shifts & timekeeping
Maria clocks in at 9am. The family can see she's with Mom. At the end of the visit she writes a quick handoff note, then generates a shift report — one tap, private link, no app needed to read it.
Supports clock-in/out and submitted timesheets, configured per caregiver by the care manager. Hours roll up for approval.
Notes & observations
James noticed Dad seemed more confused than usual after lunch. He logs it under mood with a quick note. The care manager sees it. Family doesn't — unless the manager decides they should.
Tagged observations (mood, meals, sleep, mobility, fluids, pain) build a picture over time that's genuinely useful at the next doctor's appointment.

Dr. Reyes is at 11:30am Thursday. Maria can see it, add a note beforehand, and request the follow-up. Susan confirms and schedules. Everyone stays on the same page.

Family update feed

Hearts and comments. Updates posted by caregivers and managers. Reassuring, not alarming. Clinical notes stay in a separate, access-controlled area.
Care team & permissions
Susan wants the whole family to see the update feed, but not the hours and expenses. Maria can log medications but not see the budget. Binda makes this easy to set up and easy to change.
