Every doctor, every visit, one list

A family caring for someone sees a cardiologist, a neurologist, a primary care practice and a physical therapist — each with their own portal, phone tree and follow-up schedule. Binda keeps them, and the appointments, in one place the whole circle can read.

The provider directory

Add each doctor once: name or practice, specialty, phone, nurse line, address, portal link, and the notes you want to remember — which pharmacy she prefers, who to ask for. A practice does not have to be a person; a dialysis centre or a gym is a provider too.

Appointments, coming and gone

Upcoming visits sit on Home for the manager and the caregiver on shift, with the date, the doctor and the address. Past visits stay in History with a date-range filter, so "when was the last neurology follow-up?" has an answer. Recurring visits show once, not eight times.

Caregivers can ask

A caregiver who notices something can request a visit rather than remember to mention it. The care manager sees the request, schedules it, and the request resolves itself. A caregiver with the right access can schedule, reschedule and cancel directly.

Inviting a doctor

A doctor can be invited into the circle with exactly the access the manager chooses: the medication list, the appointment calendar, the notes summary — or just the calendar. Doctors use Binda free and see one circle at a time.

Insurance, Medicare and Medicaid

Policy numbers, plan names and the member ID card sit beside the doctors, because that is where they are needed. Managers edit; an invited doctor can read them.

Every appointment, shift and event can also feed into the calendar you already use, on any device, with one link.
