The important papers, where you can reach them
Power of attorney. The advance directive. The discharge summary from March. Right now they are in a drawer, a photo roll and three email threads. Binda gives them one home that is on your phone at the pharmacy counter and in the ER at 2am.
A document library for the circle
Upload a file or photograph a page. Each document can be marked visible to the care team, to family, or kept to the manager alone — so a caregiver can see the medication list from the neurologist without seeing the will.
Care agreements
A simple written agreement between a family and a caregiver — hours, rate, duties, notice — from a template or your own file. The caregiver acknowledges it in the app and both sides keep a copy. Not legal advice, and no substitute for it; a record of what was agreed, which is what most families never had.
Storage that is honest about its size
Documents, note photos and medication photos share the plan's storage: none on Starter, 1 GB on Essential, 5 GB on Care, 15 GB on Family. Binda warns the manager at 85% and 100% rather than silently refusing an upload.
Take it all with you
A full export — PDFs of the notes, medications, appointments and hours, the CSVs behind them, and every original document — can be generated any time from Settings. It is yours.
Files are stored in a private bucket and only ever leave it through a signed, expiring link. There is no public URL to a family's papers.
